Technique Tuesday

For those wanting to make sure they have the proper form on their lifts or those who have never used a barbell, we invite you to Technique Tuesday. This class will help you fix your form on your favorite lifts, address problems with pain and discomfort in movements, and introduce you to the barbell and free weight lifts that you may otherwise be shy to try on your own.

Dumbbell Demolition

A time-based, 3 to 4 round, all-out total body challenge! In this class, we take you through four exercises that consist of compound and accessory movements. New gym-goers and seasoned experts are welcome!
